My outgoing email is not reaching the recipient

QUESTION/ISSUE:

My email is being rejected or placed in the spam folder of the recipient.


SOLUTION:
1. Contact the domain with a non county email (example: you are trying to email wyo.gov) and inform them that they are blocking/ putting the emails in the spam folder.
2. Wait for them to get back to you and make sure that it is working.
