Zero client isn't connecting


Zero client (virtual desktop) isn't connecting to internet, printer, drivers, the correct virtual machine, and/or other devices


1. Check external device for power and connection (is it plugged in and turned on?)

2. Contact Teton County IT via Help Desk informing them of connectivity issues.


IT is very aware of the difficulties that the Virtual Desktop is experiencing. It is a prior networking issue that is being addressed and should be resolved by March of 2017. Thank you for your patience.
